He came to my house to see if the carpet could be repaired. He had the time to do the job the same day. He did a very good job. The carpet I had saved was not as pliable as a new carpet so it was a bit hard to work with but came out looking great."

The tech came out and told me "i can finish this job right now so you wont have to wait" . The tech also helped me move some furniture . This is not in his job description, however he was more then happy to help me with it. I will be doing business with them again for sure."

"This was a good experience from start to finish. We quickly agreed to a price and a date/time for the work to be done. 3-person crew; good on-site supervision. Very thorough cleaning of ductwork in an old house whose maintenance had been neglected. It was messy, despite them taking care to capture most of the dust. Quite a bit of soot settled on floors, which I discovered after they left. Roof is getting replaced at the same time, and snow is still on the ground. So it was hard to keep the floors clean.
