While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

When he removed the tub there was a lot of water, rot and mold so the floor and parts of the walls needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job, paying close attention to details; it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. After the job was completed, Bob wanted to make sure the rot didn't extend downstairs, and when he poked a hole in the ceiling below, sure enough, the water damage extended to the first floor. I will be having him repair this damage next. He and his crew were always on time, courteous, and left the house cleaned up when they were through each day. I appreciated the fact that he worked on my house daily until it was finished, not "in and out" like so many contractors do making a project take much longer. Can't recommend him enough!"
