Rhode Island Zoom Drain

They did a plumbing /pipe job that 3 other so-called plumbers wouldn't touch. But $875 labor for 3 hours of actual plumbing work seems way too high.

I am so happy we picked Zoom Drain Rhode Island! From office start to finish they were amazing! Technician Aaron Navarez came to our home to do a sewer cleaning as we had a back up and leaking in our basement. He explained everything he was doing. He took his time to show me with the camera and explain each step in detail. He made an unpleasant experience much more tolerable! When he was finished he gave us future options and explained them all in detail. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and this company and will be using them for all my future needs.

James did an excellent job in trying to isolate where a leak from our washer was coming from. He was prompt, professional, understanding and personable. He provided all the solutions available with clear explanations, will happily call Zoom again!

I had an emergency plumbing/interior septic issue that arose late on a Sunday night. At 6:30 the following morning, I first found ZOOM DRAIN on “Thumbtack“ and left a message there. Within minutes, I received a message back, then a phone call. The gentleman on the other end was polite, professional, and super efficient. He looked over his day and I expected him to he tell me he couldn’t get there till the next day. To my pleasant surprise, he could have one of his advanced technicians there in a matter of a few hours. I requested a phone call an hour in advance to meet them at the site, and they were right on time. They were also within two minutes of their estimated arrival time. Who does that, except a professionally run operation?. I highly recommend ZOOM DRAIN and will never call anybody else going forward. It was an A+ + experience!

My utility sink in the basement has been a nightmare for some time. It finally didn’t drain water at all from the washing machine. Zoom Drain came the same day I called them to check it out and Preston told me how much it would cost. The price was very fair.
