"When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"

"The Techs were very nice and easy going. They came in 45 minuters late at 8:45 and were gone before 12:00 noon. They failed to completely remove the mold and failed to do anything with mold on floor. I paid $400 to verify and test for residual mold after cleaning. When paying Matt the technician he admitted that there was still residual above the hatchway. He went on to state that someone would be by in the next four days to test for remaining mold. This did not happen. To be exact, I recieved an email later that day certifying the work, even with not testing being done. I emailed the management of the issues and expect a email response. I did not get this email response but did recieve a phone call. Phone calls were not solicited only email. (Phone call lead to "He said She said") To cap this off, I informed the techs who arrived late that someone in my family had gotten very sick from possible mold exposure. I guess adding this comment really did not matter considering the quality of work done and the none solicited phone call when an email was required."

"After a significant water loss from a leaking hot water pipe, Clean Care was dispatched to our home by our insurance carrier. One person just showed up without any notice contradicting how we were told the process would work. He came in and surveyed the damage that was primarily in the crawl space. He then presented my wife (who is an attorney) with multiple contractual documents stating that Clean Care would have direct and sole authority to perform not only remediation work that we needed but rights to the needed renovation work to return the property to original condition. They also tried to require that any funds distributed by our insurance carrier immediately be surrendered to them. Another required document by them claimed sole power of attorney over all matters regarding the loss and authorization to have direct contact and receive any information from our carrier and mortgage company. The company representative then became angry and aggressive towards my wife when she wouldn’t sign for anything other than the remediation work, telling her that the forms were just industry standard. Make of that what you will but I’ve been a trades professional for 30 years and this is what low quality outfits do to ensure profits from people that don’t know better. I’d stay as far away from them as possible."

I can only imagine how much it would have been if he had done anything billable. 18 months later the court decided that they were entitled to $300.00 for showing up!
