Derek took time to go over our plans, provided us with sound advice when needed, and sent estimates promptly. He was in constant communication throughout the whole process. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
