Overall, Near Shore did an excellent job. We had a major issue when the cabinet company ordered the wrong cabinets but Bill at Near Shore did an excellent job of rearranging his schedule to accommodate the cabinet company's mistake. The work that Bill and his team did was perfect. The seams and joints on all of the woodwork is first quality. Bill himself will admit that he is a little neurotic about every joint being perfect so he spent the extra time. Equally as important, all of the subcontractors that Bill sent to the house were fabulous.His wood floor, electrical, tile and plumbing subs all did wonderful work. We did have slightly lower bids but we felt best about Near Shore and we are very happy with the final results and our decision. You do get what you pay for!
