Superior Comfort

We are customers of Superior Comfort. We are in our 70's, so we have had our share of experiences with customer service and warranty policy for all different types of purchases. Just wanted to tell anyone looking for an HVAC company why we chose Superior Comfort. From the first friendly phone call, and many subsequent related phone calls, to the sales representative meetings, the po lite, neat installation of equipment teams and compliance with the warranty guarantees, Superior Comfort turned out to be indeed Superior! After almost a year, all went well, but when there was problem, we contacted them for assistance. They came as soon as they could schedule an analysis of what was happening and conducted an impressive investigation of the problem. Within a most reasonable amount of time, their technicians worked nonstop in the most inclement weather completing what had to be done to comply with the warranty at no cost to us! I Superior Comfort is a Keeper!!

Excellent system replacement and service! Local company doing exemplary work for their customers. They replaced our two zones systems and have serviced them for the last three years. Christian went through the units today and was very professional, explained the needed work and accomplished it quickly. The systems were recommended by Ryan, worked on by Jared, Chad, Jeremy, and the great crew of Jose, Derek and Gary. We couldnâ t be happier with the installation and ongoing support from Superior, including the office staff of Sheila and Barbara. We rely on Superior Comfort and believe you can too!

My husband and i cant say enough. Pricing very fair and competitive . Ryan and the crew awesome. Very professional and polite and considerate. We were dealing with two elders in our home and they were very flexible with our time frames. Thorough and very knowledgable of product installed. Questions answered without hesitation and things that we would not thought to ask brought to our attention as well. To say we are happy is an understatement. After 20years i thought it was time to get my dryer vent cleaned. I found Superior Comfort through google search. The Technician Derek Q was awesome, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I would recommend this company to my friends. The only issue I had was it seemed a bit pricey but Derek made up for that. Cathy

Dylan Andrade was the technician who came out at night. I had no heat and he solved the problem quickly and was very gracious and thorough. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Knowledgeable and came up with a plan to fix problem

Superior Comfort has a superior team. Zoher Zach Hariri recently handled our seasonal service. He did an excellent job. He is clearly an exceptional technician. In addition, it shows that he cares in customer satisfaction. Superior designed and installed our entire HVAC system a few years ago. It works great and they do a fine job keeping it working great.
