I needed an electrician to service my Generac generator. Jay texted to give me an estimated time when he was to arrive. I was very impressed with his service, he was pleasant, efficient & great customer service. I would recommend Positive Energy Electric Inc. Thank you Jay!

Jay and his crew did excellent work. Jay arrived as scheduled to look at the project and provide an estimate. The price quoted for the work was very reasonable (I also got quotes from two other companies) and Jay did not try to push any other unneccesary work that would add to the cost (something one of the other companies tried to do). A date was set to start the work and they showed up as planned, and on time. The project took the 3+ days that had been anticipated. The crew went about their business in a very professional manner, were courteous, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. The few questions I asked were answered well and provided good information. I was very impressed with the whole process and with the quality of the work. I also asked for quotes for some other work. I will hire Postive Energy Electric again and will recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt and professional

I have been using Jay's services now for the past few years. He upgraded our Electrical Panel, and Installed a new Generator. Yesterday he came over to fix a faulty wiring. He knew within 10 minutes what the issue was and within 45 minutes the problem was fixed and the wiring was repaired. I highly recommend him.. He does excellent work, easy to work with, fair pricing. All around nice guy

Went great, Jay was awesome. he was on time and cleaned up after. He knew I was having a suspended ceiling installed so he set up the lights so they could easily be moved if needed for the ceiling.

Jay and his crew did a great job with all aspects of the project. He was very professional and helpful. All the outlets were installed including conduits for those on the cement walls. They also fixed all the exterior outlets. The total cost for the project was exactly what he had stated on the estimate sheet. I was very satisfied with the company's work.

Jay's firm performed very professional work for me. He and his staff were responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the bidding and selection process, his crew arrived punctually on the agreed-to date, and performed the work in a very competent manner. The work done was neat and clean, done rapidly without problems or delays, and provided a very professional installation, using quality components. The job was done for the agreed on quote - without add-ons, even though some of the parts that I had suggested could be used (to save cost on the quote) were not used, and new parts provided. At the end of the install, the crew hooked up my generator and stepped me through the hook up and transfer process. All-in-all, I would recommend Positive Energy Electric for your electrical service needs, and would call them myself for future work.

I had never worked with this company and called out them out of the blue in utter desperation. They squeezed me in within two hours. The woman who answered the phone was cordial and gracious, and the man who responded was a breath of fresh air in a hideously hot afternoon. He fixed things with a clear explanation and with a smile despite the wretchedly awful hea. YAY.

Jay and his worker showed up right on time, performed the work in an organized manner, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to operate the transfer switch. Worked through a generator issue with no increase in cost or upsell and stayed true to his estimate. Work looks very professional.

I called Positive Energy Electric at 9:00 AM on President' Day and Jay scheduled to come out at noon. He arrived right on schedule. It took him 5 minutes to verify, what he suspected; there are two 120 volt lines that come into the house to power all of the circuits, and combined they create the 240 volts for the dryer. One of the lines had no power. The outside lines were old and frail and the outside meters had rusted contacts (the house is almost 100 years old). He repaired the contact points enough to get power back for the time being, but it was a temporary fix as the wiring and meters desperately needed to be replaced. In addition, water from the outside wires ran into the circuit breaker boxes inside the house, rusting many of the contacts in one of the boxes. Jay took the time to show me all of the problems, as I followed him back and forth outside and into the basement, including recognizing 2 sub boxes known to have faulty breakers. He ordered the meters, wiring and new circuit breaker panel, shuffled his schedule to accommodate me, and arrived exactly as scheduled a couple days later. Jay and his crew were very efficient and professional and the wiring and the boxes are very clean. Jay was at the house about 2 hours to diagnose and patch the problem the first day. He and his crew were there from 8 am to 4 pm the second day. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the price for the amount of work involved..
