Joe, Kevin and Joe Kelly were wonderful installers of my new windows. I cannot say enough good things about The Window Source. If you need windows I highly recommend them.

They stored the windows outside for 2 months, the windows were wet and had leaves in them, one of the locks popped out. The owner and office staff had covid yet workers showed up with no masks. Fast not quality is the way they work, did not cut molding like I was told, broke a molding and just put it back. Misleading advertisement, states the owner inspects every job never showed up.

Both jobs went very well his crew members were very professional and friendly Richard was always available he was here before the jobs started during the job if needed and checked everything out after the job was completed I highly recommend the window source of Rhode Island.

Like magic. The Window Source is no nonsense, reasonably priced and good quality. 19 windows were measured and ordered in a 30 minute consultation. My husband and I went to the shop to view the actual window samples and make sure we were getting what we needed. They arrived in a couple of weeks. The old windows were removed and replaced in a day. They do windows all day every day and know their business. We will use the Window Source to glass in our screen porch, too.

We had 23 of the high grade windows put in and the guys worked hard and didn't stop till they were finished. They did an excellent job and the finished product looks amazing. Better than we hoped for and within our price range. Their prices are right on their website along with the window details. They were courteous and politely worked around our dog and little grandchildren. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my window needs.
