Matt not only paid great attention to detail but also went beyond what he was contracted to do. For example, he framed our back garage door and never charged us a penny extra. Matt and his crew built us a BEAUTIFUL 450 sq ft deck with Pergola over part of it, all done in dark brown Trex decking with white Azek trim, privacy fence, skirting, etc. Phenomenal work, and cheaper than the other three companies we quoted with to boot. HIGHLY recommend !

Matt was great to work with. We had 20 old single pane wooden windows that we had replaced as well as a large picture window. We had some pretty extensive sill rot that needed to be repaired as well as some shingle replacement. Matt made sure to do it the right way and did not cut corners. Very personable and easy to work with. He doesn’t take advantage of you just to make an extra buck. The Custom Built windows he uses are a quality product that look incredible.

Matt has replaced 8 windows in my home. They all look great. The latest job was three windows and they finished in one day. Definitely recommend!

Matt and his crew were great to work with! they are very experienced in vinyl shingle siding which is very different and more complicated then regular siding. They replaced all the windows and siding on my garage to match the rest of my house and it looks FABULOUS! They even fixed spots on my original house siding that were done incorrectly. Very happy with this job - they are PROS!!

We could not be more pleased. Matt has an an incredible attention to detail and takes the time to get it right the first time. We were having water infiltration issues with our old wood shingles on the front of our home. We replaced them with vinyl cedar style shingles and ended up replacing the gutters too as Matt discovered that they were contributing to the problem. Matt & his son were neat, respectful, and hard working. We're so happy with the end result and would gladly recommend Matt to anyone with siding/window/gutter needs.

Great job. Everyone was very professional and diligent about the work. Got things done on time and were able to adjust to changes to project scope. Attention to detail, clean-up and making sure we were happy with the work. Talk through options as issues arose rather than just guessing. Matt was a pleasure to work with.

Matt and his men performed better than the best work. We would not of wanted anyone but Matt and his team do do this project on our home. It was extra tricky, extra technical, extra demanding work and it was high end, thick, insulation attached vinyl siding that he added to our home. They worked hard. The guys also worked around my son who has special needs and let dog out to play. They were always prompt and professsion. The craftsmanship is amazing!!! They exceeded my expectations.

Great quality and workmanship

It went awesome. Matt's son and Bill did the work, and Matt himself was onsite each day. The job took 2 days. Matt helped me custom order a door from Custom Built in Warwick. I was pleased at how much finish work (trim, gap in hardwood floor, etc) they were also able to do despite my weirdly thick walls. Bill and Matt Jr were a pleasure to have at my home. They did a great cleanup job, and they didn't mind me getting in there way when I found an electrical issue I wanted to address when my siding was off the house. Looking for any excuse to break my remaining doors and windows so Matt can come back! Very highly recommended.

Fantastic - I could not be happier! Matt initially advised me to choose Custom Built windows when we first met. I was not familiar with them and visited their factory in Warwick, RI, and they are indeed a superior window, even compared to Harvey. The install took half a Saturday for 6 garden-level basement slider windows and 5 double hung windows on the first floor. The windows look and work beautifully. I got exactly what I wanted. My basement windows are a pretty small size for the window type I wanted. Other installers told me it couldn't be done, Matt made it happen. Matt's team of Marty and Joel were a pleasure to have at the house and tolerated my dog who was being a huge pain in the neck. I got estimates from 3 other replacement window installers (A ratings on Angie's) and Matt's price was the best by far. I will be hiring Matt again to replace a rear door with side-by-side double hung windows with a new sliding patio door.

Matt and crew were fantastic. I had a lot of questions and Matt took the time to answer them all. They were very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time each morning and completed the work in a timely fashion. Each day they cleaned up. The crew was very friendly. We would definitely hire again.

Matt and his crew did great work. During the bidding/estimate process, Matt was extremely responsive and provided us with detailed estimates for each of the projects we wanted done. Matt and his crew installed 27 replacement windows and a new storm door at our house and also fixed a bunch of rotted window trim/sills and cedar shingles. Matt was very attentive and responsive when we had questions and was always willing to accommodate when we had requests that were not initially discussed. His crew was very professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Matt's prices were competitive and his pricing/estimates were very transparent so there were no unexpected surprises. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew.

Did excellent job installing windows. Quality of work was great, cleaned up all areas, hauled away old windows. Windows installed are of good quality. Crew was professional and finished quickly while still doing a first rate job. Matt was pleasure to work with, eye for detail. He is upfront about what needs to be done and what does not, experience shows.

Matt Jones and his crew repaired all of the aluminum trim around my windows and several areas of vinyl that were damaged. He matched the color and siding perfectly and the work looks absolutely brand new. He was easy to reach and was able to work me into his schedule quickly. His price was extremely fair. I would hire Matt again without hesitation.

Installed siding on a Cape Cod style house and detached two car garage. Old aluminum siding and cedar shingles were replaced with vinyl siding. They also installed nineteen Harvey Acoustic replacement windows, seamless gutters, shutters and a storm door. Matt’s team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. His team has years of experience and are talented siding experts. The quality of their workmanship was impeccable. Living by the water, there was a lot of moisture and wood rotting away. They made sure it was replaced before the new siding or trim was installed. The house was built in 1930 with much detail, angles and dormers. They were very meticulous with their attention to detail and transformed my house to look shiny and new again. No more peeling paint and rotted wood. I had a contractor working at my house one day and he told me they were doing an excellent job with the siding. He was impressed by the way they placed aluminum casing around the windows; a technique he had never seen done before. Matt billed me exactly the amount he originally quoted. His team did extra work and I was never charged any additional labor. Matt is your guy if you want high quality work performed at a reasonable price.

Fantastic! The doors that I ordered were exactly what was installed. After see that the glass on my old door had broken because the wind swung the door open, Matt suggested that I get a chain attached to the new storm door to prevent that in the future. Also, When the new siding wasn't the exact color of the existing siding, Matt took the extra time to go back to the supply house and find another siding that matched perfectly.
