They were an efficient team and quickly washed all the windows with no problems. The windows were all sparkly clean however a couple of the still had grimy corners. I rated the value 4.0 because the job took less than an hour and cost $250. Since it was all labor except a little Dawn and vinegar, the hourly rate seemed excessive. On the other hand, it is sheer luxury to have a house of clean windows and I will probably hire them again and ask them to pay closer attention to the sills.

The final cost was quite a bit more than the estimate, (which was unfortunate,) due to my having panes in the windows, which is fairly standard.

Ben is excellent. He was fast and very efficient. We have a house in Narragansett that is right on the ocean with a ton of windows which take a beating with the amount of salt in the air. Default Window Cleaning did an excellent job and we couldnâ t be happier with how they handled the entire job from start to finish. A&A Window told me they could not get the job done until the following year while this company was able to book the job the following week. My windows are perfect now, Ben cleaned the inside and the outside and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a similar service.

I called to let them know that one of the gutters had not been cleaned. They said they would come back to finish. Have not shown up yet.
