"The price was less than $10,000. The experience was good. They came when they were supposed to. They provided very good attention to detail. The product was very good in terms of how the house looked in the end. The principal of the company was out to explain of what would happen in the end. "Well they lost their plow. So superwoman Tasha put on her cape and grabbed a dude and a snowblower, loaded up her truck and off she went. She went to great lengths to honor the contract and get the snow removed. Looks just as good as a plow. Hand laid the promised salt. Took them a while, but understandable back breaking labor. Assurances of a plow in the future. Would recommend and use again. Despite all odds they got it done."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
