"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

"Great service from start to finish. I needed a last minute service to install a range microwave mounted above my stove (option wasn’t listed above for service) in replacement of one that I had poorly attempted to do myself. She responded quickly to my inquiry, was on time, extremely friendly and got the job done quickly. All beyond my expectations."

"The job William and his team did for me was phenomenal . They removed old kitchen cabinets, prepared the walls, fixed a few spots, mounted new cabinets, new dishwasher and other items. They were fully equipped, including with an impressive laser measuring device for a perfect measurement accuracy., I very much appreciated Williams daily update on the progress. The project was completed on-time as predicted Michael A."

"He knew my family. He knew everybody's name."

The clincher was tech Chris who did quote and install. pride in his work, he and Ian were great and did an excellent job. furnace won't be fired up for a bit but they back their install. special kudos to Christine in the office who put up with my calls and was extremely helpful through the whole process! thank you all."

". This company has done a plethora of work for myself and my family. He has installed appliances such as dishwashers, washer and dryers, garbage disposals, faucets and sinks, a hot water heater, and a gas boiler. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about what he does and stands by his work. If there is an issue, he will get back to you and fix it in a timely manner. His pricing is reasonable and he does excellent work. I would recommend anyone to use him."

I have worked with my hands for as long as I can remember. First as an auto mechanic for many years,2 years as a carpenter and 7 years as an electricians apprentice. I went into business as a handyman with a good friend 5 years ago and I realized this is what I've always wanted to do. My daughter has always been by my side, watching and learning with a curiosity that reminds me of my younger self. She turned 18 in March and we started Ask Phred Handyman Services together. Ask Phred is a father and daughter company, what can we do for you today?
