"After performing demo workout, our previous contractor took our $$ and ran. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "Started off fine. They were punctual and polite, gave us a great deal. Very shortly after the job started they started missing days of work, left the house in a virtually unlivable state. And even destroyed a structurally sound portion of the home and left it for months before finally coming to do the addition over 7 months after the hire date. Just today, 11/1 I was told they would be arriving to finish the project and they once again did not arrive on site to complete it for some reason, and I have since asked them to not return. Our house has no siding, and the paper they put up is now starting to peel off and likely wont last the winter."
