Dennis gave us preliminary drawings to present to our condo board for approval.  Dennis secured
an architect for us to work with, and pulled the permit. 
Dennis started when he said he would and stayed on the job until completed.  We are very pleased
with the quality of his work.  He left the job area in excellent condition.
We would recommend him without hesitation.

I contracted Denis to install new windows and vinyl side my home.  He installed the windows in July, left them without trim or caulking and didn't come back until January.  I called him numerous times between July and January (without response).  Finally he called me back and was ready to complete the job after the new year.  He didn't show up every day and when he did, never worked a full day.  Once he had his son "working" in the morning, Denis arrived around lunch.  They ate lunch in my driveway and left for the day.  The products used were very low quality and the work he did was very poor.  When I would call something to his attention that was not done properly, he would clearly get upset and ensue a real attitude.  He subcontracted the gutter replacement and was not there when the job was completed.  It was done incorrectly per our contract and Denis acted as though I was making a big deal about it.
The siding was very shabbily done, the windows were left un-caulked.  He also agreed to install a storm door for me.  When the job was near the end, he told me he didn't have time to do the install.  He would call someone he knew and ask if they would do it instead.  I refused.  I waited long enough for this job to be complete and it was part of the agrement to put in the new door.  He did it, however, as the job was being completed he was extremely upset and vocal using profanity.  Denis is extremely unprofessional and not good at what he does.  I would never hire him again. and wouldn't suggest anyone else does either.

They did an okay job but it was really expensive since the beam had to be installed. I really don t think that it should have been that much though either way. They took a really long time to finish the work and kept leaving to get materials. He was not prepared at all. At the end there was a step that was popping up and we asked him to come back and fix it and there was no response. I would not recommend this company.
