I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."

"These guys are great. I had an issue with my dryer that was pretty bad on Friday. I got a phone call within 20 minutes of reaching out and they were here the next morning. Something had clearly died either in the dryer vent or near it. After cleaning the entire dryer, they couldnâ t find the source of the odor. They could have left right there since their job was done, but they kept working until they eventually found the issue. They again could have left it up to another professional to finish the job, but they went above and beyond and solved my problem without hesitation. Now the basement is clear and the smell is gone. Iâ m hiring these guys again for whatever other HVAC issues I have. Theyâ re responsive, prompt, thorough, and they explain exactly what needs to be done and what theyâ re doing while theyâ re on the job. Iâ m thankful they arrived and got the job done.
