"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery.
