I t entailed moving a bed from the basement up a narrow staircase, moving a pull out sofa up a flight of stairs to loft and moving two very heavy bureaus and two side bed side tables down athe flight fwn stairs . It was a lot more than I asked them to do originally, they did it carefully & cheerfully ! They asked me if there anything else & amazingly charged me the original price quoted for doing much left , they were terrific!"

A free quotation was provided by the project coordinator assigned by 5 Star including an Angie’s List discount. Packing and wrapping were carefully done by the moving staff on-time during the agreed-to date. Items were temporarily stored and then moved to another state. The movers made contact prior to destination delivery and then carefully moved items into a self storage facility ahead of schedule."

"This is the first time that I had used Steve to dismantle a bedframe. Take it out and get rid of it for me. When he finished that task, he asked if he could do anything else?We ended up working together on a small project outside. Steve is a very pleasant hard-working and good communicator. His fees are very reasonable. He will be working with my son-in-law on a project in a couple of weeks. They will be moving furniture out of our house. There’s no doubt in my mind that if I need help in the future, Steve is going to be the first one I call. If you decide to use a handyman, you will not be sorry. I guarantee it."

"Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."
