"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

"John and his team were very professional and showed great workmanship. We had them restore a brick and bluestone sidewalk in front of our home. The end result was fantastic!"

"Paid up front for service. Only came once or twice. Had said it would be plowing but only snowblower used and shoveled only once. Think they have over-reached their actual abilities. Seems as though it is a very slim workforce. Actual work that was performed was satisfactoryl Had two light storms in past weeks but no-one showed up either time. Good thing I had several neighbors who helped me clean driveway. Happy it will soon be Spring!"

"Great! Derek was neat, friendly, professional, and got to almost everything on my list. He would have blown through the list easily if not for a very troublesome light fixture. I've already started my second list. Derek, I'll be in touch soon! Many thanks. It's so good to be rid of all the boxes.

"Jake built a beautiful custom mantle and white washed our outdated fire place. He was professional, courteous and did exactly what we paid him to do and more. I would highly recommend him."

"He said to me, don't focus on the wiring just watch the TV instead. I waited three days later, went to Home Depot and purchase a white stick post and just layed it over the wirer because he nailed and tacked everything to the wall. Its working out, that's how it's going."

"     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.
