He installed new -above and below -cabinet lighting in our kitchen - which included rewiring, etc. He was kind, competent, efficient and very hard working! Highly recommended!!!! "The service turned out fine. It was a lot more money than I thought it was going to be. The Big Deal was for $69, but I ended up paying a total of $527. I personally did not realize that electricians were so much money. The service was provided within a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. The service was completed within an hour or two hours maybe. He was not here long. The guy that came was very nice and he cleaned up all his mess. He explained everything he was going to do. Actually, it was going to be more than that, but I told him that that was way too much money. So, that is how we lowered it to five hundred and something. I have not had any issues with the ceiling fan or the work they did for me. It has nothing to do with the price; it is still the workmanship and the job itself. For the workmanship, I would use them again. For the price, I would not use them again, but I would consider using them again for a different type of job. The guy was really good. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"I got quotes from 3 landscapers, and Sean's was the most reasonable.  I wanted a flat garden with a retaining wall around it on four sides.  I was not looking for a Cadillac.  I can't find my paperwork for the project, but it was initially 3K something and then we added some more for extra lumber and materials and got into the 4K ish range.  He did not charge more for the extra labor when more wood was required, just for the lumber.  Thumbs up.
Sean's work was good.  He was responsive to our questions and suggestions.  At my suggestion, he used rocks from our yardwaste pile as part of the drainage for the garden and he repurposed the composted soil into the garden as well.  He creatively suggested drilling holes into the wall to hold our existing deer fence posts.  
He was a little hard to get hold of, but once he was here, he and his team worked hard, even in the rain!  
He picked up the composted soil from a local earth farm for us.  He took away some of the large rocks that they found when they were excavating the garden.
They are not expert garden creators (the drainage wasn't great) and I had to regrade the garden (> 400 sq ft) myself, but that's fine.  I had to get it ready for planting anyway.
Later, I got some basic wood-chips from him for the garden.  Nothing fancy, great price, fast delivery.
The garden wall looks great and I have had many compliments.  I would use him again.
