We got two people and one hour of service (which could be the same, or not, depending on the work). The main problem we needed fixed was a recessed light that goes on and off. After testing with different light bulbs, we were told the fixture (canister) needed to be replaced. Since this is located in the attic (and surrounded by insulation), they were not able to do the job. Had we discussed more in-depth in advance, perhaps the service could have been performed. So, we ended up paying $99 to change 3 hard-wired fire alarms which we probably could have done ourselves. Not necessarily the fault of the service provider alone, but disappointed that the main problem was not solved.

Showed up on time and were professional during the whole experience. Unexpected additional cost for supplies, but understandable. Cleaned up after themselves and ran over on time, but didn't charge us extra...thank you.

They were fantastic! Since I purchase 2 hours of electrical work, I thought they would only get to 2 or 3 of the problems on my project list. Instead, Eric and his partner fixed everything on my wish list in less than an hour. If I had anything more to give them they would have happily done it. I was so pleased with their service that I looked forward to giving them an wonderful review. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!!

Perfect - Eric and Ryan were thoroughly professional and knowledgeable since these were basically troubleshooting tasks beyond the normal homeowner level of expertise. The work was completed well within the allotted time frame and solved several nagging electrical related issues which had existed for some time. Every outlet and switch on the property (internal and external) now works properly.

The first time I used him he was very professional and his price was good. This time was different. He was late to arrive, and forgot about me calling the day before. I had to call him again to get it scheduled. He said it would be $245, which seemed steep to me. I didn't think he was being professional, as he was about to start work without even discussing the price with me. He was like a different person from the first time I used him.

I have NEVER been asked back from a past customer to give them a price on a job. Especially a job under $300.00. You never clearly explained to me what you wanted done. You kept saying "your the electrician you should know" .That job is not just about installing a motion light. Yes I do apologize for being late and having to call me more than once, but I always approach my customers in an professional manner. Good luck with your new electrician"

I called Eric on a Friday and he met with me that afternoon. After giving me the quote on that same Friday afternoon, he scheduled the work for the following Monday morning. He even called on Sunday night to confirm with me. On Monday morning, he arrived promptly and completed the work. He then clearly explained what he had done and that all of the issues were addressed. The cost was exactly as quoted.
Eric presents as an extremely reasonable and competent professional. We were 100% comfortable having him in our home and appreciated the prompt and professional service, as well as the reasonable cost.
We have very high standards and are quite selective about who we let do work in our home. Eric exceeded those standards. We will definitely use him again in the future.
We give Eric our highest recommendation.
