First, their quote was very reasonable and came with a guarantee that it wouldn't change so long as our list of items being moved didn't change.
Second, they were very flexible and worked with us extremely well as we needed to make changes. Furniture additions and deletions as the date neared? No problem, and only a very small increment to the price as we added pieces. Last minute problem with the apartment that delayed the move by a week? No problem, they worked with us and got it rescheduled.
Third, they were very professional the day of the move. Showed up right on time and got the job done in just a few hours.
Finally, they were very responsible and more than compensated us for a small ceiling light globe that they broke during the move. We got a replacement for $6 and they sent us a check for $20 for the globe plus our time and trouble.
