He is extremely professional and his workers are all polite, kowledgeable, and professional as well. This is a top notch company whom I would highly recommend. I will use continue to use them.

I was unhappy with the last company I'd used to maintain my sprinkler system so I figured I'd give Turf Master a try. I'm very happy with my choice. Their pricing was on the higher end of the going rates but they made up for it with their professionalism. I had contact with them by phone and by email and was satisfied with both. They were clear about what to expect, how much it would cost, and showed up when they said they would.

It's $35 a visit. What keeps me going back to them is the owner of business, because he is responsive, he understands customer service, he listens to his clients as to what we want. We're having a heat wave at the moment and they're leaving the grass longer so it doesn't burn; this is important. He's very professional. For the lawn cutting, it's an A. We've had some other issues along the way, but those have been resolved. They're A across the board for the lawn mowing.

I get a monthly bill for their services. There was some confusion where some of the plants got taken out; one plant that wasn't supposed to be taken out, was taken out, which was okay because at the end of the day it probably should have been taken out anyhow, but it wasn't on the list . So basically, the guys who came to do the landscaping work kinda screwed up. The owner said do you want me to replace that thing that we took out by mistake, and I said no because it probably needed to come out anyhow. It was lapping over into the driveway, but they weren't supposed to take it out. He asked me if wanted to have it replaced and I said no it was fine, and basically what I said was from now on, any time we're doing any kind of landscaping or pruning the bushes or whatever, either he has to be here to supervise it or I have to be here to supervise it. So he did this; he sent us a picture of what should be taken out and the guy still took out the wrong thing. So the agreement we have now is none of that kind of work gets done unless I'm supervising or the owner is supervising. Since there was no damage done, I'd probably make this a B across the board. I have a yearly contract with them. That's how much I respect Turf Master and the guy who owns it, so I keep a yearly contract with them.

It was fine. It needed to be done when my husband could be home, and it had to be on a Thursday afternoon when he could be home, and so they worked around our schedule to make it happen. It's been raining so I haven't used it yet. They tested it. My husband is much happier with where it's placed than where it had been before, so I'm sure it's fine. And if it isn't all it would take is a phone call to have it fixed.

Workmen very responsible. No mess. Rad, the owner, was there to oversee what was done. Very satisfied and lots of compliments.
Also use Turf Master as our landscaper and very satisfied.

I contacted Rad looking for a quote on the job and he was very polite on the phone and said he would try and get to the house that day and give me an estimate.  As promised he was able to get there that day and give me an estimate.  After agreeing on the estimate and the work to be done he assured me they would try and get out there the next day to complete the job.  I then spoke with Lacey within the office to go the payment; which by the was also a pleasure to speak with.  Handle the payment and they were able to get out and complete the job two days later!  
They did a great job and we will be contacting them again in the spring! 
Also, while Rad was at the property he noticed some water in the driveway and heard water gushing out within the house.  When he called me he informed us of this and I am so glad he was there.  He save the basement!

We have lived in our house for nearly seven years and have been at the mercy of the landscaping the former owner did before moving out. We were finally in a position of being able to majorly overhaul both the front yard and the back yard and we consulted Angie's List for a reputable landscaper. After reading reviews from other customers, we decided to have Rad come to our house for an estimate. My knowledge of landscaping is abysmal, so it was nice to have someone as knowledgeable as Rad. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted the front & back yard to look like and he asked me a number of questions about what to leave/take/prune/trim to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The scheduling was extremely easy, the turn-around time was fast, and the price was definitely reasonable!
It took 2 guys three 8-hour days to complete all of the things we had hired Turf Master Inc. to do. The guys were extremely prompt (7:30 am all three days - we could have set our watches to it!), extremely courteous, and extremely hardworking. If they had any questions or wanted to double-check what to leave/remove, etc., they politely knocked on the door to ask. I wish I had
taken before & after photos because the transformation is unbelievable! In the front yard, they removed bushes, pruned trees, did a general clean-up, laid down mulch, and laid down sod to replace the horribly overgrown weeds. In the back yard, they did a LOT of weed-whacking (although our back yard gets little sun, the weeds grow like, well, weeds!), they took down an old swing set, removed extra wood, removed junk/debris, trimmed dead branches off our huge oak tree, and removed little saplings that were growing along our fence line. In addition, they built up the existing wooden perimeter in the back and filled it in with playground mulch for a play space.
Prior to having this work done by Turf Master Inc., we were debating about whether to sell our house or stay because we wanted a yard for our children to play in. I can truly say that after all of these changes, I have fallen in love with our house all over again!!! Our front yard has been complimented by so many people within the past week. And our back yard is so big now! We will never hesitate to recommend Turf Master Inc. for landscaping needs. Also, Rad quickly stopped by this week just to make sure everything was going well with the new sod. What a great guy! Definitely stands behind his work!
TL;DR: Hire Turf Master Inc. for all of your landscaping needs!! You will never regret it!!!

The repair job was done well and on time using professional grade equipment and materials. Crew was courteous and responsive to my concerns.The new grass is now growing and so far looks good.
The lawn maintenance program of the rest of the lawn was started two weeks earlier with an application of fertlilizer, and crabgrass pre-emergent herbicide, and broad leaf herbicide to contain other weeds. Radek Molenda, the owner of the company, did this application himself. Initial results are promising, but we'll only know for sure after at least one full season.
Price is somewhat on the high side, but worth it. The repair job was considerably more expensive than other quotes, but justified by the quality of work, supplies, and equipment used. The regular lawn maintenance program is about 20% above reputable competitors, but this was the only company willing and able to semi-customize the program to reflect lab recommendations and my preferences. 
Radek, a graduate in horticulture from the University of Rhode Island specialized in turf management,  is knowledgeable and clients that understand what is going on and are aware of good horticultural practices can have an intelligent discussion with him.

They did a good job.  They were very knowledgeable.  I will call them as a little bit high on price but I thought that they were good.  They were punctual.

Every thing was done in a professional manner and they made some suggestions that were outstanding as to what I should remove and what not to remove. The basement clean up was done in about an hour which was outstanding. They also put grass seed down and it is growing well. An overall excellent job

Rad and his guys did a wonderful job installing the sod in our yard and we would definitely use them again. Unlike so many contractors he was very focused and fastidious before the job, communicated very well, and did the work exactly how and when he said. The yard looks beautiful, and we were impressed with the quality of the sod, his compost, and the work.

EXCELLENT job - you do pay a bit of a premium, but the quality makes up for it. Rad, the owner, is a perfectionist, and it shows in his team's work.

Let me start by saying that we use Angie's List for EVERYTHING, and this is the first time we have DEEPLY regretted using Angie's List to choose this provider.  I would NEVER use this company's services nor recommend them to anyone, EVER.  I have no idea where all the fantastic reviews for this company come from. Maybe we got him on a bad day....a REALLY bad day. Who knows. All we know now is that several of the bushes to be cut to the ground/removed were overlooked, the mulch which my husband asked about (and I personally witnessed the conversation with owner of company) regarding whether plastic should be put underneath to prevent weeds and for which we were told by the owner that "it will take care of itself"...well, tell that to our now-flourishing weed garden happily taking off in the mulch!  This company told us to mark our three year old Honeysuckle vines (all planted along our chain link fence and climbing up the fence, so pretty obvious) with flags, which we did. I watched as the men weed-whacked the flags across the yard (I still have the mutilated flags!) and killed all but a few of our Honeysuckle, which were NOT cheap. These guys cut a butterfly bush to the ground in their weed-whacking zeal, and a few other things with flags and stakes marking them to let the workers know that they should avoid these plants (but they didn't). We had a check waiting on the counter for the remaining balance of the work on the day of the job, and these people left without informing us or taking their check. When I found what had been botched during this job, I contacted the company and was ignored, so I held the check. I figured they would contact us eventually because they wanted to get paid, and that the owner did do. He sent me a nasty note telling me I was over my credit limit on accounts ($500 is their max, even though they left without over $800 on the day of the job so wasn't I already over my credit limit from the beginning?!) and that he was suspending my lawn cutting services until I paid up. This was the owner. I called him and finally got him to return my call. He ignored half of my concerns completely and only stated that he would have someone come and pull or spray the weeds "the next time someone is in your area." No mention of how to prevent the weeds from coming back or that the weeds sprung up regardless of his expert opinion and credentials which are all over his cards and brochures. Turns out my husband knew better than he did!  He also told us to find someone else to cut my lawn!  I can't say enough about this company, but I can sum it up in three words...HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!
