"EPJ Landscaping was hired to reseed a section of my lawn by raking the area, seeding it and putting some top soil on it. The company only raked and reseeded the area. The owner of EPJ Landscaping stated that the topsoil was not needed and the seed would still germinate. It never did. Upon calling him about the matter, he stated that I never requested top soil and had written on the receipt that i did not request it. Both are not true. When I attempted to discuss this miscommunication, he literally called me a liar several times and hung up. His work skills and customer service attitude are extremely dismal."
