The owner of EPJ Landscaping stated that the topsoil was not needed and the seed would still germinate. It never did. Upon calling him about the matter, he stated that I never requested top soil and had written on the receipt that i did not request it. Both are not true. When I attempted to discuss this miscommunication, he literally called me a liar several times and hung up. His work skills and customer service attitude are extremely dismal."
