Pests gone.

He is ok so far. He has trapped a number of mice. He has some room for improvement, he doesn't always call when he says he will. Has been here 3-4 times to lay bait and traps. I believe we are continuing to have a problem. He is pleasant and has a nice rapport. He comes when he says he will but he leaves and says I will call next Wed, then he doesn't call. Sometimes we even have to call him.

If the problem is solved I would use this provider in the future.

Very professional and courteous. Most pest control contractors demand a big annual fee at the outset. Peter bills as he performs services and they are better and less expensive than others!

He was great. He was very personable and very professional. He covered everything. He came when he said he was going to come. He did a really great job for a lot less money than some of the big places. He came out initially for an issue and charged me for his time. The price he charged us was laughably small. The job was well done. He told us that if it didn't work he could come back out for free. The way that he structured the money part was way better than the other people. Other companies may use the harshest chemicals so that they don't have to come back when they contract with you for a year. It was just him and it was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him to others and I would use him again in the future.

Peter was very nice and professional. He was on time for all appointments. The treatment was very effective and we have not needed to call him back. He was very pleasant to work with. I would certainly call him again.

Although the original contract called for just 2 or 3 treatments the ants were hard to get rid of. They made several weekly visits and came in response to my calls until things were under control, all for the original agreed upon price. Compared to national brand companies this could not be beat.

Came quickly, offered lots of advice and the problem was solved. I thought they were back the following year and called him again and he said wait a few weeks, but if they kept coming back he'd spray again with no charge -- but sure enough that was the last of them.

THEY WERE AWESOME. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT AWAY AND THE ANTS NEVER CAME BACK. THEY HAVE BEEN TO OUR HOUSE TWICE BEFORE, AND IF THEY NEED TO TREAT AGAIN THERE IS NO CHARGE.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID TO THE HIVE, BUT IT JUST DISAPPEARED AFTER ABOUT ONE DAY. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED TO NOT HAVE THEM AROUND ANYMORE.
