"We hired Price right pools to replace the coping and tiles around our 20-year old pool that had started to break and fall off. They came out to view the pool, brought samples and we verbally agreed to their quote for work later in the season. Once pool season was over they came in and finished the work in 3 days, not consecutive, a weekend was in the middle, cleaned up and even came back to correct a small blemish we identified on the waterfall section. Overall it was a good experience and I would hire them again."

I have been on this journey from the very beginning. My husband Chris, whom I met at Buchmyers in 1989, and I have begun our succession to ownership and we will complete that in the next several years. I learned from a very young age all there is to know about swimming pools from my father and husband. We are very fortunate to have Chris to continue taking care of our loyal customers and all of our pools when my parents are ready to retire. My sister, Wendi joined the retail team in 2010. Our son Spencer Lee started working for us at the age of 16 and came on board Full-time last year after graduating from Dallastown High School. He loves the business and looks forward to becoming the owner someday. We continute to strive to be caring, fair and competent business owners. Our girls: Kenni, and Hanna Sue come into work from time to time and who knows maybe they will join Spencer in the third generation of Buchmyer's Pools, Inc. "We scheduled to have our retaining wall done back in April. Kelly, the owner came out to give us a quote and we scheduled it. He said he had some other Jobs to do before ours but he would fit us in during the month of August and we should reach out to him around the end of July to get a more firm date line of when he would break ground to fix our falling retaining wall. I reached out at the end of July as we discussed and he said due to the rain he didn’t know when he would get to us but it would definitely be in the month of August. I told him that we were selling our house and as long as I could have a firm week that he begin work- that would be enough information to list our home for the new buyers. He gave me the runaround and said due to the rain he would still not be able to make it out and wouldn’t know when he would be able to make it out. I gave him another week and checked the weather, it rained one day but the ground was solid and dry for over a week and still we heard nothing from him. We reached out again in the middle of August, the 14th, And I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response. So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. I tried to be nice and civil, even extra friendly to let him know I was flexible and I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response if I could!! So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. I tried to be nice and civil, even extra friendly to let him know I was flexible But still he was evasive and gave us no answers.
