"These 2 people went over and above to fix our 30 year old above ground pools broken skimmer that they had to make a piece for to install a new one because they don't make them anymore. They also repaired the beaded liner so it won't ever come off the track again. We recommend that if you need work on your pool you should contact them. "We purchased a hot tub from Crystal Pools and after 5 years the heater stopped working. When I called to have someone come to my home I was told that they would have the part covered because the warranty had just expired. I didn’t ask about this , they offered this. The service technician came to my home and told me the exact same thing prior to replacing the part. I believe they did this so I wouldn’t check with other companies on the repair. Then they sent me a bill for parts and labor, much more expensive than other companies charge. I called, emailed and now they are sorry for the confusion. Stay away from this company they are not trust worthy!"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO RENOVATE YOUR POOL. They will do the job, make a mess, create problems and once they have your check, Izabella will disappear. Renovated our pool in May, 2022 and was immediately notified of a problem with the quartzite finish. She disappeared for 21/2 months and until a call letting her know we would take further action, she finally showed up. Now, she is blaming us for the problems she created and is acting as though she is doing us a favor by suggesting a solution that may do further damage. AGAIN, I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH--DO NOT HIRE Izabella at PRICE RIGHT POOLS. Terrible!!!"

Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment. Direct the water toward a sanitary sewer drain that will take it to a treatment facility. If your lawn has a dedicated drainage area that’s free from plants and foundations, you can likely drain it there. Avoid storm drains, as the hot tub water will enter waterways and could hurt aquatic life. Algae-related green hot tub water is generally safe to use, as algae aren't usually harmful to your health.   • Restrict eating in the tub to light snacks that you can easily clean out if there’s any spillage. Crumbs from crackers and chips can be difficult to pick up. 

  • Make it a no-pet zone. Pet fur and dander can pose a cleaning issue, but it’s also not a great idea for your pet’s health and safety. 

When your hot tub is completely dry, there is typically no need to introduce antifreeze into the plumbing. However, if you desire an extra layer of protection against potential freeze damage, you can consider adding some RV antifreeze to your hot tub lines. Just ensure that you use RV antifreeze specifically, as automotive antifreeze is highly toxic and should be avoided.
