"These 2 people went over and above to fix our 30 year old above ground pools broken skimmer that they had to make a piece for to install a new one because they don't make them anymore. They also repaired the beaded liner so it won't ever come off the track again. We recommend that if you need work on your pool you should contact them. They worked hard and were determined to get it done whatever was needed. Great job."

"We scheduled to have our retaining wall done back in April. Kelly, the owner came out to give us a quote and we scheduled it. He said he had some other Jobs to do before ours but he would fit us in during the month of August and we should reach out to him around the end of July to get a more firm date line of when he would break ground to fix our falling retaining wall. I reached out at the end of July as we discussed and he said due to the rain he didn’t know when he would get to us but it would definitely be in the month of August. I told him that we were selling our house and as long as I could have a firm week that he begin work- that would be enough information to list our home for the new buyers. He gave me the runaround and said due to the rain he would still not be able to make it out and wouldn’t know when he would be able to make it out. I gave him another week and checked the weather, it rained one day but the ground was solid and dry for over a week and still we heard nothing from him. We reached out again in the middle of August, the 14th, And I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response. So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. I tried to be nice and civil, even extra friendly to let him know I was flexible and I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response if I could!! So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. in February 1997, i opened my own business Prior to 1997 i worked for my father's swimming pool business for 20 years. In those 20 years i gained experience with in-ground and above-ground pools, spas, pool renovations, retaining walls, brick and concrete patios, water features, waterfalls, fountains, fiber optic lights, auto covers and safety covers. to date i have installed an estimated 500 pools, both residential and commercial. In April of 1999 i opened a swimming pool retail store to better meet my customer's needs. The store offers a variety of pool toys, lounges, basketball, and volleyball games. By carrying a full line of pool and spa chemicals and offering water testing to ensure your pool is properly balanced, I further keep my commitment of servicing what I sell. I have a lot to offer you as a customer. Since I am not a large company, my goal is quality not quantity. You become a personal customer to me, not just another job. We do 90% of the work ourselves, which gives me maximum control of our time frame and the quality of the job. The best thing with which to clean a hot tub is whatever the manufacturer recommends; in most cases, this is a gentle surface cleaner and a soft cloth. Keeping up with regular maintenance and cleaning tasks can help to keep your costs down, as you'll avoid more complicated and expensive repairs.

For a fully-foamed hot tub, freezing typically occurs when the temperature drops below 28 degrees Fahrenheit and remains at or below this level continuously for a minimum of 36 hours. If your hot tub and pumps are still operational, however, the water circulates, and this continuous movement helps prevent freezing, even in very cold conditions. This circulation, along with the insulation provided by the foam, helps maintain the water temperature and prevent it from freezing during extended cold periods. Still, if you’re not planning to run it regularly, be sure to winterize the hot tub properly to prevent damage from freezing.

Most hot tubs will experience leaks due to wear and tear in the plumbing or the shell itself. The second most common issue is a heater malfunction due to the ongoing heat stress on moving parts. Finally, clogs happen in hot tub jets, especially when it’s time to change the filter.
