"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"When we purchased our 1st Honda from Antrim Way Honda, Tammy made it one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. We were so happy with the experience, we returned 4 months later and purchased a 2021 Honda Ridgeline. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience. Before we could make our 1st payment on the Ridgeline, we returned to have some accessories installed and had our overall experience shattered by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Brad the service scheduler. He spoke with a condescending tone and verbally brushed me off when I questioned him on when my vehicle would be started (I had an 8am appointment and at 8:30 my vehicle had still not been started when all others had) When we brought the problem to the service manager, his response was to falsely accuse me of using profanity at his employees, instead of investigating it himself by checking cameras and talking with other customers in the area, nothing was resolved. The owner stated that this had never happened before, which based on the reviews in cars.com and yelp, this behavior from Chad/Brad was quite common. The owner then offered that the manager was a 40 year employee, which told me that my complaint was falling on deaf ears. No one offered an apology, which was the only restitution we were looking for. Antrim Way Honda has a history of treating women poorly by the service department, an integral part of the buying experience. The part that establishes the long term relationship between dealer and buyer. Had I of known, I would have taken my business elsewhere."

"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
