When we embarked on our home addition project to repurpose our existing 2 car garage as new living areas and add a new 3 car garage, we interviewed 3-5 contractors and ultimately selected JM Drafting & Contracting. We chose them after reviewing a similar project in neighboring Blue Bell. They did an excellent job; along the project Jimmy was responsive, provided insight on weekly project tasks and offered details to ensure our needs and building plans were met. Overall, we are beyond pleased with the finished product and how well the project went. We are extremely glad we went with JM Drafting & Contracting and would highly recommend them for your future home renovation or project."

"I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. Their customer service and workmanship is great I would highly recommend."

The entire process went so smooth and the results are beautiful. We had an out dated kitchen from 1960 and On Call helped us design, remove, re-build, and install our new kitchen cabinets and everything! Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They complied with all my needs and still were very friendly after I made multiple color changes and new ideas up to the day before they started, I had them install a new roof, siding, gutters, front door, plus storm door and new windows (that had to be reframed do to size change that I wanted ) I would recommend them to anyone pricing was better then 3 other companies that I had come to my home."
