"I’m sorry you feel this way. I do want to clarify the timeline and communication on this project. You and I initially scheduled your service, but the project was rescheduled multiple times, each time with about a month in between updates. The first reschedule was due to a leak in the home, which I understood and waited for repairs to be completed. The second delay was due to illness, which I also respected. When we attempted to reschedule again, I provided a date and did not receive confirmation until a week later, at which point I had already booked another job. At that point, the communication gaps and repeated delays made it difficult to secure the time needed for your project. You did agree to my non-refundable deposit policy, which is stated before any work is scheduled. Even with that, I still offered to return half of your deposit as a courtesy for the time reserved and rescheduling. You declined that offer. I always aim to communicate clearly and work with my customers, and I did my best to be flexible throughout the delay periods. I wish you the best moving forward."

"This isn’t true, I have screenshot that shows that I came and picked up the garbage that was outside. You told me it was some still upstairs. The day I was suppose to come you said “Hi I had to leave the house so can you pick up the rest of the drywall Next week.” The following week came you said “ Hey Lamont. You can come by tomorrow or Friday if you can. In the late afternoon.” That was on a Wednesday. I then text you Friday for a time to come, you then said “ Actually I’ve been home all day sick. Anytime this weekend is good.” But yet you don’t see how this is something you started to stir up as I told you I was very busy. Ok no problem. Now let’s speak about the carpet I asked you in person would you like me to vacuum, you said no because we was leaving and coming back the next day so we can just do it when it’s all done, yes I forgot to ask before our finale day but let’s not make it seem as if your carpet was damaged, it had some light spots from sanding, I repeat light. When you write a review please be as honest as possible as other customers look at this before hiring me. Lastly you gave me a three when it came to responsiveness when I have never made you wait for a call back from me. Text may be a little different and that’s because I work early morning and I communicated that with you I can’t believe you would do something like that and even then I’ve messaged you back within the same day at least within 5 hours of the text you sent. But thanks anyway."

"You are a liar I have proof that I will be posting that I completed the job you wanted me to put your baseboard back and the truth of the matter is I’m a drywall specialist not a carpenter. You didn’t even want to pay me my full price you wanted a discount for no reason. I still gave you the discount and you want me to do more and more stuff. Your garage is find, every time you text me I text back I have proof. You showed me one side in your garage and I did all the work in one day you didn’t tell me about the other side until I was done and once again you didn’t even pay full price, stop spreading lies. You could have at least offered more money for the other side but you didn’t you already had a discount and want me to do the other side and that wasn’t apart of the official plan."
