Working with Ergeon with great. They came out to survey the property line the next day and got back to us promptly with a quote which was way more competitive than other quote we received. The removed the old fence in a few hours and built the new fence in a day and a half. It looks great and is exactly what we wanted. The customer service was stellar and we couldnâ t be happier. If you choose Ergeon for fence work, you wonâ t be disappointed. Definitely 5 stars all around.

If I could make that one star a half instead I would. The first time I dealt with these guys were great. Absolutely no complaints. But the second time was terrible. Guess came out with less than half of the materials needed but said they'd be done. They came at 10am and left at 3pm without letting us know they were done. Leaving my backyard open and a mess with the fence they took down and the new materials. They came back the next day and said they'll be done. They put 4 posts up and left. Again arriving at 10am and leaving at 3pm. Leaving the mess. They arrived today and said they needed 3 more days to get the rest of the materials. The project manager already told me they'd definitely done today. The manager offered me a $100 discount. So fed up. I'll update later.

This was my second time using Ergeron for a fencing project. The first time went very smoothly with a project manager who kept in touch. The entire process took three weeks. This last one took seven weeks with several delays and inconsistent communication. However, the final product is lovely and just what I wanted.

Everyone was very professional. Quality of work was above and beyond. Value of the job was seen in everything the installers accomplished.
