Best basement waterproofing pros near Wyncote, PA

"Basement demo and waterproofing, sump pump installation"

"Fast Estimate , had many estimates from other companies and Waterproofing One was the best price for Us , Joe was very confident and knowledgeable and gave Us good suggestions for our leaking basement, the crew that installed the French drain inside were great, install looks very professional. I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. So far so good , we are getting an expected 3” in the next 24 hours and it’s a relief to know I don’t have to stress about rain storms anymore!"

"The crew was professional, polite & very hard working. This was a very labor intensive project , they all worked extremely hard & did an excellent job. Of course we haven t had any extreme rain since the work was completed but I m trusting that my wet basement issues are over"

"I had my basement waterproofed and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. "Working with Just Dry Basements was best described as no-nonsense, fast, and high-quality. In a highly-charged emotional situation like a basement flooding - it is easy to just pick someone to do the work out of desperation. I was lucky enough to work with JDB, who not only rapidly assessed, made a plan together on how we would approach the job, and accommodated a difficult situation where the basement was mostly finished, and they had to carefully deconstruct some of the walls to put in the proper mitigation. A year plus later and a LOT of rain past, the work truly stands the test of time and whatever the elements can throw at it. I have since worked with JDB on other projects, and not just because of the quality of work, but also their fair pricing, friendly and predictable communication, as well as standing behind their work 100%."

"I was referred to this company through HomeServe. I had a severely damaged basement pipe that ran to a second bathroom of ours. Not only did Paradigm Plumbing figure out the problem on the spot, they were back in 24 hours with everything they needed in order to complete the job. A problem that was bothering me for months they had figured out in 24 hours. I could not be happier with them. They have incredible communication, were very timely and protected everything that was outside of the bathroom they worked on. I can't recommend these guys enough."
