Working with Just Dry Basements was best described as no-nonsense, fast, and high-quality. In a highly-charged emotional situation like a basement flooding - it is easy to just pick someone to do the work out of desperation. I was lucky enough to work with JDB, who not only rapidly assessed, made a plan together on how we would approach the job, and accommodated a difficult situation where the basement was mostly finished, and they had to carefully deconstruct some of the walls to put in the proper mitigation. A year plus later and a LOT of rain past, the work truly stands the test of time and whatever the elements can throw at it. I have since worked with JDB on other projects, and not just because of the quality of work, but also their fair pricing, friendly and predictable communication, as well as standing behind their work 100%.
