Jon arrived on time and spent a good bit of time looking all around the basement and attic, even performing a home leak test which revealed that our chimney's damper doesn't perform as it should (already called for service) and that the insulation in our attic is up to code. He made useful suggestions about potential upgrades to our HVAC and water heater, as well as our thermostat. He installed energy efficient light bulbs in the few lamps where we didn't already have them. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."
