During the process his communication made the process seamless from start to finish he made us aware of every step. Had a service upgrade that needed to be done. Old service cable was missing insulation. Shannon Electric Solutions did our service upgrade and it looked 100 times better. They took extra care to make the panel wiring look neat and they made sure to label all of the circuit breakers so nothing was mismatched. The also sealed up the holes in the house where the cable came through. Very prompt and we were only without power for a short period of time. Will definitely use them again and I always recommend them!
