First I ordered enough panels to supposedly cover 60% of my electric consumption. However, my monthly power bill wasn't even reduced a third. Second, I was promised an app so detailed it would even break things down to what each panel was producing so I would know if there was an issues with any of them. What I actually received was a very basic app that only tells me what my whole system produces each month with no further break down. I never received the money promised for making referrals either. You do not get what you're promised by this company. Do not trust the sales team! or customer service for that matter in correcting it or working with you to resolve things."

We were clueless when it came to solar power. We had a first meeting with a different company, that went very badly! All they wanted to do was sell/lease us a solar system. Never went into how any of it worked. We were blown away by the presentation Will had prepared for us. It was exactly what we had hoped for. He explained solar power to us, how the system worked, what would work best for our situation and financing options. We did a lot of research, after that meeting, and came up with a ton of questions that Will always responded to quickly. If he didn't know, he told us he'd find out and get back to us. He was extremely patient with us! He actually thanked us for the questions we asked. He is an extremely genuine person. You just know he cares about his customers and his business. All of the references Will provided had nothing but praise for him and his company. As one person put it, "I feel like I made a friend in Will." I knew exactly what he meant! Ultimately, we chose to go with a different company, strictly based on the equipment each company uses for their installation (Inverters/optimizers vs micro-inverters).
