I made numerous phone calls and waited sometimes for 2 months for a technician to come try to find the issues causing our system to shut down. The original installation was not done properly, but no one wanted to take responsibility for the system not running. We were not only paying for the huge bill for our system, but also paying Penelec between $300-$500 a month for power. (We have a totally electric house.)

I had my panels installed in November of 2019. There were many discrepancies between what the sales associated had promised me and what I actually received. First I ordered enough panels to supposedly cover 60% of my electric consumption. However, my monthly power bill wasn't even reduced a third. Second, I was promised an app so detailed it would even break things down to what each panel was producing so I would know if there was an issues with any of them. What I actually received was a very basic app that only tells me what my whole system produces each month with no further break down. I never received the money promised for making referrals either. You do not get what you're promised by this company. Do not trust the sales team! or customer service for that matter in correcting it or working with you to resolve things.
