From floor to ceiling their attention to detail blew us away. They help with deciding things from colors to crown modeling. They worked within our budget and even worked with the insurance company to adjust our claim when damages were found that were unseen when the original claim was submited. Cost effective quality work from a trustworkthy company is hard to find these days but this company is the real deal when it it comes to their work. They treated our house as if it was their own. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. "Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didn’t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours!
