"The communication with the customer was very difficult. On top of that trying to retrofit an exhaust fan into an existing one wasn't very ideal. A general contractor would have been a better route. As you can see with my previous reviews I've never had 1 bad review. I always take care of each of my customers and make sure they get exactly what they want. I've never had lower than a 5 star review here or any other place."
