He really is a jack of all trades and it was nice having one person address carpentry, electrical and plumbing needs (also probably less expensive, although they aren't cheap....).  After reviewing he work needed, he gave me a shopping list so I could get needed items myself and not have to pay for additional time.  I'm very pleased with all the work done and have started a new list for them.
