"We were very satisfied with the work that Alliance Chimney and Energy Inc had done with cleaning and repairing our wood burning fireplace and the installation of a chimney liner. Chuck is a very nice down to earth guy and went above and beyond in helping us with a issue unrelated to the work he was doing for us with our fireplace. Their pricing was very reasonable and quality of workmanship was great. The installation was one day and they prepared the area covering all furniture around their work area. They also cleaned up very well. Unfortunately beings we just had this done recently and we are well into Spring weather we cant try out this new addition out until Fall. We do feel very comfortable that this liner system will keep our home much safer we have fires and should eliminate water coming in when it rains. I highly recommend hiring Alliance Chimney, you wont be disappointed!"

"These guys are awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and personable. I’m always happy to welcome them into my home. They make sure it’s always done right. For instance, I had a poor little bat sneak into my chimney. Suffice it to say, it didn’t survive my first burn of Autumn 2020. They promptly sent out their guy (I think it was Mike) to thoroughly inspect and seal the chimney cap. He found the smallest opening and took care of it. "Nestor and his colleague did a great job. I had some water damage at the base of the chimney that I repaired, but needed the stucco replaced. When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy. "I would like to say Anthony and his helper for the professionalism job they did on my chimney When I first called the company, I told them my situation that I needed my chimney swept and inspected I also asked a lot of what if questions they found something wrong. The technician explained everything to me that needed to be done before going any further. After taking the pictures, Anthony showed me that sweeping the chimney was not an option and that my vents were off line and carbon and gas was seeking back into my house. They gave me a start date and time frame, They called and gave me an ETA and was on time. Like I said earlier, they were courteous, polite and friendly. Afterwards, they did a great job of cleaning up and asked me to inspect the area to make sure I was satisfied with the clean up.
