The owner Luke Hurley attend Delaware valley university and got a bachelors degree in landscape design/build where he learned many techniques to perform the work we offer. We have been in business for 5 years and are a family owned company.

"Our Driveway was replaced in a very competent manner. The driveway is actually larger than the one it replaced, and is very attractive with the broom finish and the sectioning to prevent cracking problems. After the concrete work was done, the yard was restored as much as possible, with topsoil, seed and straw. We are very pleased with the finished product."

Asphalt is made of aggregate materials (sand, rocks, and gravel) and bitumen, a viscous, petroleum-based, waterproof substance. These materials are mixed together at extremely high temperatures to form asphalt.

The decision to repair or replace your driveway depends on the extent of the damage. If your driveway has a few small cracks, a simple repair will do the trick. If you used regular jointing sand, you can typically walk on the repaired area right away. If you used polymeric sand, wait at least 24 hours before walking on it and 48 to 72 hours before driving over it, depending on the weather. Polymeric sand needs time to fully cure and lock the pavers in place.

Wet cutting is usually the preferred method. It controls dust, which helps protect your lungs and makes for a cleaner working environment. Plus, the water cools the blade, preventing overheating and prolonging its life while providing smoother, more precise cuts. The downside is the mess—water and asphalt sludge can be messy to clean. Dry cutting, though convenient if water isn’t available, creates a lot of dust, which can be harmful. This also increases the risk of blade damage due to overheating. So, if you have the option, wet cutting is the better method for most asphalt jobs.

While asphalt driveway repair costs can be as high as $1,071 to $4,011, smaller potholes and dips in a driveway can generally be patched at a cost of $2 to $3 per square foot. The average driveway patch lasts two to three years. However, large dips or cracking in asphalt may require resurfacing or replacing a driveway to prevent safety risks or damage to your vehicles.
