"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

We had a little back and forth before setting on a time but both of us were flexible so it worked out. Joe was very up front about when he could do the work and arrived when he was supposed to. "Had a problem with one GFI plug in lower level, when it tripped it took out the power in all four bathrooms as well as garage. We called Ray late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning he returned call. He took the time to explain what he could do and quoted his cost. 30 minutes later he was at our door. 2 hours later he was finished and we no longer have a problem. In this day and age it is very refreshing to have a tradesman respond to a call as quickly as Ray did and have the work completed in a professional manor. When Ray was finished he double checked all he had done and explained in terms that I could understand. That was certainly appreciated. The year warranty was cream on top. I would recommend his services to anybody and have already recommended him to my brother in law for a ceiling fan install.

I will say this - it took longer than I had anticipated and with three kids in the house - that was hard.  But when it was done?  Oh my - so gorgeous and wonderful!
