"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! The owner came for inspecting the spot we had planned for the awning, took the exact measurements and helped select the fabrics. "I live at the bottom of 4 hills and have a natural underground spring in my back yard. Between the storm water runoff from up hill and the spring underground, my backyard was a 24/7 swamp. I called a couple of different landscape companies. None of them wanted anything to do with it. One of the companies even told me that I needed a land development engineer. No way was I going to call an engineer. I called Evergreen and Keith came out. He looked at the situation and it didnt seem to phase him at all. He was the first guy to come out whose eye balls didnt pop out of his head. He got back to me with a fair price and was able to start a few days later. He installed lots of stone and pipe. Regraded the yard and planted new seed. Keith literally drained my swamp. I never in a million years would think that I would ever have to water my backyard. I have to water it every night now. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your landscaping and drainage needs."
