I had initially given them a 5 star rating. When first met with Tom he was professional and gave me a fair quote. However, he refacing portion left me with some doubts because he said there was no need to remove or chip away loose or crumbling concrete. Tom said he uses a specialized mortar that fuses everything together. With a few months it began collapsing. When I called his cell, bussiness and wifes phones my number had been blocked as though he anticipated my call. I left countless emails with no responses. Another complainant said that he uncovered that they have changed the company name due to malfeasance. DO NOT HIRE.

DON'T HIRE THEM! Tom came out quickly and gave us a quote that fit the budget. Stamped concrete patio roughly 30X15. The stamped pattern was not square to the patio or the house, so it just looks stupid. For a guy that bragged about his 25+ years experience, I would think he would have an eye for what is square. Tom was supposed to come back out to clean it up, but never did. We were away so when we got back we saw the damage... Someone knocked down two bottom pieces of siding so that the siding is now concreted into the patio! There's a chunk of concrete on my grass right next to the street, which someone dropped. They never came back to seal the concrete, and they were going to seal a separate patio, which they didn't. They're avoiding my messages and then blocked me from one of their accounts. They had laborers which worked hard, but the quality control just wasn't there. And the fact that they're avoiding me is ridiculous. We're going to have to pay someone else to fix.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tom and his crew did a HORRIBLE job. I had an 11x36 stamped concrete patio installed by him and a new stamped concrete pool deck. He was nice in the beginning and came in at a good price. However, the craftsmanship is horrible and I will have to pay another contractor to repair his mistakes because he refuses to respond to my communication. There is a huge dark spot that is extremely noticeable in the middle of the patio where he made the cut. The pool skimmer does not line up making it difficult to remove the basket when it needs to be empty. I stood in my backyard with him, and he told me he learned from his previous mistakes. He was in business under a different name and after multiple lawsuits for shoddy work, he had to change the name of his company to Pyramid Concrete. He told me under the previous name, he would just get in, do the job and get paid. I guess that finally caught up to him via the thousands of dollars he had to pay in lawsuits and legal fees. I only wanted him to fix his shoddy work, but he stopped communicating with me and now Iâ m stuck. Please do yourself a favor, no matter how low his estimate may be, go with a reputable contractor. This is an honest review.

I hired Pyramid to install a new patio on my addition. They gave me an amazing price, were quick to schedule and had the job done in impeccable time. They were friendly, skilled, clean, reasonably priced and did excellent work!

Loved working with Tom and his crew. Professional and affordable, would definitely recommend. They also finished the job quicker than I anticipated.
