Rich and his crew did an amazing job! Rich was easy and patient to work with through the ordering process. The installation went seamlessly with his well-coordinated team taking tremendous pride in their work and paying close attention to every detail as if it were their own awning. This company was top notch! Rich was very though, explained everything. I was very pleased with his work and his workers!

They responded very quickly to check on the problem and then had to get the motor. They returned a few days later and replaced the motor - very quick and very reasonably priced (as compared to the awning manufacturer's recommended professional). They were friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend them!!!!

Sales call to get estimate and choose awning fabric/options - on-time, quickly took measurements and reviewed options and provided cost. Best experience compared to competitors. Same no-nonsense approach for installation. These guys were on-time, efficient and neat - total clean-up. I wish all contractors were so good.

Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

The old awning was relatively low and tended to trap heat. Rich suggested raising it and extending the coverage over the patio door. Excellent ideas, both. Rich and his crew removed the old frame, carefully saving the parts that would work with the new installation. The new frame is comfortably higher and very sturdy. The new fabric looks wonderful.

Rich Caskey, the owner, provided a very smooth and professional experience. He arrived promptly for both the planning and installation appointments and clearly explained the nature of his products, and their installation and operation. Once we settled the design and specifications, the awning was ready for installation on my chosen date, and was quickly and efficiently installed by Rich and his team. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Everything went smoothly. They arrived when they said they would. Everything went without a hitch. The workers were all great. They cleaned the frame before putting the new awning on.

From the first phone call talking to Marie through to the installation by Rich and his crew we were very impressed by their company. The awning was installed from start to finish in just 5 days. Marie was so pleasant on that first phone call and Rich and his crew could not has been more able and professional. We are extremely pleased with our experience with JTM Awning and would not hesitate to recommend them. The awning is great! And

I contacted four vendors and told all they were in competition.  One vendor failed to send a quote. One vendor was eliminated because of poor reviews concerning communications and follow-through.  The highest priced quote was $2,600 over the JMT quote.   JMT offered the best price, shortest lead-time, robust equipment and long experience.  The installation was scheduled and the appointment kept. Install time was about three hours. Four men arrived and each man on the team worked efficiently and tended to many details, including touching up a few tiny dings to the paint work on the frame, insuring a clean concealed electrical connection and a quality clean-up after the work was completed.   We were happy with our choices of size, colors and JMT.  JMT are pros and based on our experience we are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

From the very first contact JMT Awnings was very responsive.  I sent pictures of my deck when I requested the quote so Rich was able to give me an estimate over the phone.  A couple of days after the first contact Rich was in our home with samples and brochures.  He answered all our questions.  Very soft sell - no pressure.  We purchased the awning and it was installed within a couple of weeks.   It looks great!  I would definitely recommend JMT Awnings.

They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Was able to give me some information over the phone from pictures I sent; then scheduled an appointment for him to come to house the same day. He came prepared with the estimate and I was able to sit down with him that same day to pick out the awning and style of fabric. He had three different books I could look at and pictures as well. He was patient and answered all my questions. Once the material came in I was contacted and the work was performed that same week. The finished product looked absolutely great. I would definitely use them again in the future.
