The owner came for inspecting the spot we had planned for the awning, took the exact measurements and helped select the fabrics. His customer service and professionalism was much appreciated, especially when the initial color of the patio did not turn out as we expected and he came back out several times to apply colored sealant to get it just where we wanted it. "Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
