I figured we’d have a mess to clean up after the install understandably. But wow they did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. Not a speck, they even spent time cleaning off the driveway and front lawn. We have been through one major rain storm since the install and not a drip of water. So far so good , we are getting an expected 3” in the next 24 hours and it’s a relief to know I don’t have to stress about rain storms anymore!"

They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. He willingly and patiently gave honest straightforward answers to my questions with no pushy sales pitches or pressure. We talked to several companys before choosing Basement Medics to do the work in our crawl space. It included over 200 linear feet of drainage trench, three sump pumps with two water powered backups installed and the insulation and encapsulation of our crawl space. The owners were on site throughout the whole project and participated with their employees in the very difficult work of crawling around a 33" high 60 year old crawl space chopping and digging for a week. Projects like this are not cheap but when you see what they have to go through to do it you understand the cost. Their employees were polite and always cleaned up after each day.
